The 2 Types of Strokes

Hemorrhagic Stroke: These strokes occur when a blood vessel leading to the break begins leaking blood and bursts. When this circulatory issue happens, the brain no longer receives the level of blood needed to sustain itself, which can cause brain damage.

Ischemic Stroke: These strokes occur when a blood vessel leading to the brain is blocked with a clot. Forming for a number of reasons, blood clots become more frequent when people have diets of large amounts of processed foods.
